Important Note

Cleanup or catch-up work for prior periods is not included in monthly bookkeeping packages. If historical issues are identified, a separate cleanup service may be required before ongoing bookkeeping can start.
Transaction Volume Pricing
Monthly bookkeeping packages include a baseline transaction volume. For businesses with higher activity, pricing scales fairly based on workload. These additional fees are based on the number of transactions per month, and are calculated and added at the end of the payment cycle (month).

Additional Services

QuickBooks Setup & Onboarding
For clients who don't already have a QuickBooks account, we offer a one-time setup and onboarding. This process can take as little as 5 hours to as long as 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the setup. Our base price is set to a 5-hour process with additional charges for additional hours worked.

One-time service tailored for clients who already have their bookkeeping for transactions up-to-date but need them made ready to turn in to their CPA for tax season or audit. This service covers the full year and can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to complete

QuickBooks Cleanup / Catch-Up
One-time service for getting your books cleaned up and up-to-date. This service may require going back several months to where the initial errors/inconsistencies occurred. Cleanup/catch-up can take anywhere from a week to a month or more to complete depending on how far back we have to start and how complex the cleanup is.

$600 if we have to go back 1 month, $1,200 if we have to go back 2 months, etc., plus applicable transaction volume pricing per month
